Q: In simple language, how do you make your carpet?
A: We use tufting machines that are much
like a sewing machine. But instead of one needle, ours have several
hundred. We simultaneously stitch hundreds of rows of pile yarn tufts
through a primary backing fabric. We then attach an extra thick secondary
backing to fasten the pile yarn securely in place, prevent stretching
